Page Personnel is supporting a reputable local business with their recruitment of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their accountancy team on a temporary basis for 6 months (possibly longer!) to support with a backlog of work. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support across a variety of duties.

Our client is based in Hedge End close to the motorway and easily accessible via public transport too. They are going through a very busy period and need extra support across their team of 5.
Description
As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Raising invoices
- Setting up new customers on the database
- Chase outstanding debt where appropriate
- Dealing with queries
- Allocating payments
- Adhoc reporting as and when required
Profile
In order to be considered for the Accounts Receivable Clerk role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on short notice
- Be able to commute to the office on a regular, hybrid basis
- Be able to work as a team
- Be able to pick up tasks with little instruction/supervision
- Be able to communicate effectively
