Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Manager to join their team where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 70-bed care lodge which accommodates service users with general nursing and dementia care requirements.
Job Description: Registered Manager
You will ensure high-quality, person-centered care for all residents.
With just 11 elderly residents, and a team that consists of Deputy, Senior and dedicated carers, you'll have the time you need to run a service that is focused around the bespoke needs of each individual living there whilst also maintaining a great work/life balance.
We've got a great opportunity for a registered manager who'd enjoy running a small residential home, where you'll be able to focus on delivering high quality care.
On offer for the Registered Manager is an attractive salary of £37,000 - £39,000 and the opportunity to work in a really unique service for a charity that operates the residential home for the benefit of the people that live there, not shareholders.
