Occupational Therapist- Community Neuro Rehab Team
Location: Greater Liverpool
Start date- ASAP
End date- 3+ months
Shift Pattern:
- Full or Part time
- 8:00 - 4:00 (Mon - Fri)
- Remote work not suitable
Skills/Experience:
- Working to provide specialist Neuro Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Vestibular intervention to adults (18+)
- You will be responsible for responding to referrals along with other health professionals, completing a holistic assessment of need and associated risk assessments and completing initial follow up visits, as well as referring patients on to other services.
- You will also participate in the supervision of junior and support staff and at times assist senior staff and the service with a range of other tasks to maintain and improve a quality and evidence-based service.
- Must have Neuro experience
- Have a valid UK driving licence
