Admin Clerk Hourly Rate: £12.39 Location: Thurmaston, Leicester Job Type: Part-time - 3 days a week We are looking for an Admin Clerk to act as the first point of contact for clients attending a Driver Education Workshop. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in customer care, including processing card payments and possessing an excellent telephone manner. The position is a three-month contract, part-time for three days a week, with an ideal start date of 1st July 2024. Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing high-quality customer service. Resolve a wide range of queries effectively and accurately. Process card payments and handle sensitive information with discretion. Utilise IT skills to manage word processing, spreadsheets, and database packages. Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including updating filing systems and managing diary systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer care environment. Experience with administrative and clerical duties. Proficient in IT, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work within a part-time schedule.
