Robert Half are currently supporting a leading business based in Central Bristol, who are looking for a SPANISH (FLUENT) speaking Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

This role has been created due to someone leaving the team.

Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk - (Fluent Spanish Candidates Only)

Rate: £12 - £13 P.H.

Duration: 3 Months

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

Responsibilities:

  • High volume invoice processing
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Bank Payments
  • Payment Postings
  • Managing AP inbox
  • Resolving AP queries
  • Aged Creditors Reporting
  • Adhoc duties as required

Person Specification:

  • Fluent Spanish speakers only
  • 1+ years Prior AP experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal
