Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting an Area Manager for a UK wide facilities management company to cover the South West of Birmingham and the M5 corridor. As Area Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of the business within areas such as Bromsgrove, Redditch & Droitwich and mentoring where necessary. You will look at retaining and increasing existing business and identify opportunity to grow business . The successful candidate will have a background of commercial cleaning or facilities management and will be confident with plenty of energy to help drive the business into new areas of profitability. The key area you will be working with is the schools and colleges sector so experience in that space would be advantageous. The salary on offer is up to £35000 plus car allowance for this unique opportunity.
