Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
Receiving customer orders for Specials and acknowledging receipt.
General
In all cases operating within the required SOPs.
The position will include interacting with customers, and to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
My client based in West Molesey have a very well established and enviable reputation both in the UK and internationally and they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to cover a maternity leave contract for the next year with the possibility of this role becoming a permanent position.
The hours will be Mon - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
This will be a hybrid role potentially working 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
