Customer Service Advisor and Data Entry

The position will include interacting with customers, and to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. In all cases operating within the required SOPs.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

  • Receiving customer orders for Specials and acknowledging receipt
  • Processing orders onto the SAP ERP system
  • Liaising with customers and keep them informed of the progress of their orders
  • Resolving any customer complaints
  • Updating the SAP CRM as required
  • Answering numerous telephone/email queries
  • Placing orders with Procurement
  • Ringing customers back with ETA for their order when it is not going to be a next day service

Key Competencies of a Customer Service Advisor

  • Experience of working in a Customer services Environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels and work well as a member of a team

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks as required by your changing role within the company and the overall business objectives.
