The position includes managing a portfolio of Property Owners risks, including account handling and renewals, Being responsible for all Property Owners and Engineering renewals, Dealing with mid-term adjustments, Dealing and responding to leaseholder and managing agent queries by email and phone, Assisting and dealing with the in-house Risk Management programme
They are a part of a much larger privately owned property group that includes substantial property investment company, a property management company, a large agricultural business with significant land holdings in both Norfolk and Yorkshire, and a renewable energy business.
To undertake and support the ongoing maintenance management routines of the developments managed by POD, aiming to ensure maintenance and risk management tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
