Claims Customer Support Handler: We are looking for Claims Customer Support Handlers to join our Third-Party Assist team in Eastleigh on a full time or part time, permanent basis.
Due to expansion of our Third Party Assist Department we are growing our Team into Eastleigh for our induction group starting on Monday 8th July!
You will be required to work shifts including 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Successful completion of our competency pay progression scheme will see you earning £27,100 this is typically achieved within a 30-month period, however, is dependant on your individual development and you may progress more quickly within our supportive and nurturing environment.

Customer Assessor (customer service) - Private Medical Insurance - Starting salary between £23,900 to £31,200 (depending on hours, skills, and experience) plus additional benefits
However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for enhanced 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £31,200
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working, after the initial 18 week full time training period).
You will typically be responsible for writing full and detailed reports for insurers, including recommendations for settlement, liaising with insurers, policyholders, contractors, and other parties with a proactive approach to settling claims.
The successful applicant will work closely alongside a national team of field Adjusters and handle their own caseload of post-visit Household/Domestic Property claims, handling claims from cradle to grave.
