Role Overview: As a senior member of the residential team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of fee earners and Legal Assistants, offering support and assistance as required. Strong technical proficiency in conveyancing is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years' prior experience managing a residential property caseload independently. Familiarity with a case management system is advantageous. Atrributes required; Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Conveyancer, managing a high-volume caseload independently. Strong leadership and management skills. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client care. Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient problem-solving skills. Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems (preferably Proclaim). Ability to interpret and utilize management information resources effectively. A conveyancing qualification would be advantageous. Confident in establishing and nurturing business relationships through outstanding communication and service delivery. Proven track record of delivering proactive, consistent, and efficient client services and legal advice.
