Role Overview:
As a senior member of the residential team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of fee earners and Legal Assistants, offering support and assistance as required. Strong technical proficiency in conveyancing is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years' prior experience managing a residential property caseload independently. Familiarity with a case management system is advantageous.

- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Conveyancer, managing a high-volume caseload independently.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client care.
- Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems (preferably Proclaim).
- Ability to interpret and utilize management information resources effectively.
- A conveyancing qualification would be advantageous.
- Confident in establishing and nurturing business relationships through outstanding communication and service delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering proactive, consistent, and efficient client services and legal advice.
