As a Customer Service Administrator joining a well-established distribution company based in Crawley, you are expected to provide administrative support.
A Customer service team member will be working with purchasing maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase order and warranty records.
You will be a crucial link between customers and suppliers, ensuring that customers are informed about their delivery statuses and pro actively following up with suppliers for any necessary details.
