In this position, you will work as part of the Customer Service team and you will be responsible for receiving, logging and responding to all customer calls, dealing with enquiries, and issues.

Two exciting 30 hour positions have become available within our Customer Service team.
The Distribution Network and Customer team is responsible for shaping and building our future distribution network, ensuring we have the capacity and facilities to offer unbeatable service to our customers.
The wider team includes the Customer Service Team the single point of contact for all customer email and phone enquiries and the Facilities Team responsible for cost-effective delivery of capital projects and day to day maintenance across Distribution.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the worldwide leading supplier of locking systems and solutions used and recommended by Main Contractors, Architects, Specifiers and Architectural Ironmongers.
Support and ensure the improvement and development of the Wholesale based stock and sales systems, processes, and reports, ensuring they are working to maximum efficiency with good financial controls.
You will have the ability to assist in assembling the business-related expertise as the dynamic primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by using your expertise and experience of project management processes.
The role entails working 3 x 12 hour shift patterns over a 5 from 7 working week.
We have an exciting opportunity working as part of a small, dedicated team based in our Distribution Centre in Wellingborough, you will support the process to produce delivery schedules for the distribution network.
