About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Administrator. This is a permanent part time role, 16 hours per week, based at our Wellingborough Head Office.
The working pattern would ideally be over four days but we will be flexible for the right person, and this can be discussed at interview.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional verbal communication skills.

Role Responsibility
As a Customer Relations Administrator, you will be a key part of the Customer Relations Team, working alongside a talented and dedicated technical team, where you will be responsible for the handling of all customer and internal product quality complaints.
We deliver a high standard of customer service, whilst protecting the interest of the Tesco Group. We ensure efficient communication with our customer and suppliers to resolve issues in a timely professional manner.
Additionally as part of the team you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, continually monitoring complaint activity to highlight emerging problems / trends and assisting Technical Managers by producing complaint summaries and requests for adhoc data.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills and progress within the team or broader company.
You will need
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills including MS Office is essential
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Good numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrable attention to detail
