Prospero Health and Social Care are recruiting for a team of Residential Support Workers for a 6-bedded children's home for children between the ages of 10 and 17 in Alton in Hampshire.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading children's residential care groups, providing safe, caring, and nurturing living environments for children and young people nationwide
You will implement care plans in collaboration with the team you are working with, support young people in developing their living skills and access education / therapy, promote positive behaviour and helping individuals to manage their emotions and behaviours effectively, and help build positive relationships with the individuals themselves, their families and other professionals working in care and in education.
