As the School Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school kitchen, ensuring the provision of high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary needs of the students.
Weekly Hours: 6.30am until 1.30pm Monday to Friday
Your expertise in cooking and your strong management skills will allow you to create a positive dining experience for the students while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
THE JOB is to fillet and prepare fish to the exact requirements of the customer, you will also be picking and packing fish in a chilled warehouse
