We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to work on a permanent basis in an established fine dining kitchen based in the Enfield area.
The right candidate will actively promote the company's values, and will have operational responsibility for planning, preparing and delivering an efficient and good quality meal service.
You will be working shifts 5 out of 7 days per week, totalling 45 hours per week.
Chef de Partie, required to work with a dedicated Head Chef at this prestigious hotel located in the Dartford / Wilmington area of Kent, offering top quality fresh food across a range of restaurants, banqueting and menus.

About the role
Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a fast-growing organisation based in the Oxford area who are looking for a Chef de Partie.
You would be joining a team of other chef's and working as part of a larger kitchen team to ensure all standards are maintained relating to food hygiene, customer satisfaction, profit margins, health & safety and COSHH.
Responsibilities
Assisting in both the preparation and service of the restaurant menu daily as well as helping with the production of other products such as quiches, scotch eggs and homemade ready meals to sell.
As our Chef de Partie you will act as a vital part of the team by supporting the running of a section and providing support to the Head chef and other team members, ensuring a smooth operation.
You'll be responsible for maintaining daily production levels and guidelines for the section as directed by the Head Chef, ensuring that quality standards are met.
You'll actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the operational requirements of the day as required.
We are currently recruiting Chefs with a positive, "can do" attitude who want to make a difference in their work and urgently require a number of Chefs with experience in similar roles and proven chef experience.
We currently have opportunities for Chefs to join our expanding team which provides exceptional catering services to hotels throughout Hertfordshire, Essex and London.
We are currently recruiting for part time and full time positions Monday to Sunday on a long term basis.
