Support Worker / Mentor who is compassionate and supportive with strong communication skills is required to join a Prisons and Criminal Justice Team covering the North West of England and Cumbria, for a well-established Charity.
You will be working with people in prison and people on probation as part of the organisation's Ministry of Justice contract delivering Finance, Benefit & Debt services (training provided) across the North West of England and Cumbria.
This role is known internally as a Finance Benefit and Debt Mentor.
This role has been established with the aim of ensuring that the service to the member is delivered seamlessly, effectively drawing together the work of the Support Team, Physiotherapy, OT, Nutritionists, Counselling, external health and medical professionals and the Charity's Housing/Property Service.

With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you can join the multidisciplinary team at St Mary's in Warringtonwhich has a strong emphasis on teamwork, and where you will provide care for Services users with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Deaf Mental Health problems.
