We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate complex care support workers to join our new support package providing care and support to a 28 year old young lady who has an acquired brain injury with complex care needs.
The client is wheelchair dependant and non-verbal.
The client's care will be based in her family home, where she has a purpose built living and therapy area.
We are looking for passionate, caring people with a genuine desire to support our vulnerable adults in the community and enable them to lead as independent a life as possible.
This role will require you to support people in crisis or at times of ill health following a hospital visit and ensure they go home with the correct support to meet their needs.
You will work with colleagues to plan and provide person-centred care that promotes respect, dignity and personalisation.
