THE ROLE: Accounts payable - Reconciliation of supplier statements. Accounts receivable Process sales invoices and follow up with clients, sending out statements. Credit control Telephone/email to chase and update credit control spreadsheets. Telephone answering queries on accounts receivable/payable. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience as a Finance Assistant or similar Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions) Ideally Xero accounting software experience (training given) Within a reasonable commute of Haywards Heath Available immediately for a temporary-to-permanent role. They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW private clients who are retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Sussex/Kent and London. They have 500 clients in their current setup with on average £1m of assets to invest per client. The clients receive advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, protections (both personal and busi5ess). Their highest net worth clients do get involved more complex products and wealth structuring. The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of Administrators & Paraplanners of which I have placed 3 members of them. They are pushing the business forward in a positive fashion with big expansion plans over the next 5 years following them recently joining a larger wealth planning firm and gaining very comprehensive and structured support based in London. The Managing Director is creating a brand new role for a Financial Administrator to be supporting the team of Chartered Financial Advisers. You will be allocated an Adviser to support and be charged with end to end financial administration and ensuring the smooth back office function. This role will be suitable for a candidate with 6 - 12 months of experience in the industry with a route to being a Paraplanner in the future. Full training and study support packages towards your diploma and Chartered status will be provided. But the hiring managers will consider a Senior Administrator who has several years of experience in the industry.
