Financial Administrator - £25k - £35k + bonus, Full study support - Chartered IFA - Haywards Heath
My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm in Haywards Heath who I have placed 3 staff with. They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW private clients who are retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Sussex/Kent and London. They have 500 clients in their current setup with on average £1m of assets to invest per client. The clients receive advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, protections (both personal and business). Their highest net worth clients do get involved more complex products and wealth structuring. The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of Administrators & Paraplanners of which I have placed 3 members of them. They are pushing the business forward in a positive fashion with big expansion plans over the next 5 years following them recently joining a larger wealth planning firm and gaining very comprehensive and structured support based in London.
The Managing Director is creating a brand new role for a Financial Administrator to be supporting the team of Chartered Financial Advisers. You will be allocated an Adviser to support and be charged with end to end financial administration and ensuring the smooth back office function. They are open to speaking to Junior candidates with 6 months of experience up to experienced Career Administrators with several years of experience. This role will be suitable for a candidate with 6 - 12 months of experience in the industry with a route to being a Paraplanner in the future. Full training and study support packages towards your diploma and Chartered status will be provided.
Salary: £25k - £35k + bonuses
4 days in the office per week (more flexibility can be offered)
Full study support towards level 4 diploma and chartered status
