Client Details As a Sales Account Manager for Welding Consumables, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated territory. You will develop relationships with current and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that drive revenue growth. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling welding consumables, including electrodes, wires, and fluxes, to industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues. Product Knowledge and Promotion: Maintain deep knowledge of welding consumables, including product specifications, applications, and benefits. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Sales Operations: Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products. Profile Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the welding or industrial sector. Strong understanding of welding processes and consumables. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
