Are you an experienced Business Change Project Manager with a passion for driving transformation across multiple business functions?
We have a unique opportunity to lead a significant change initiative within a large, diverse organisation in the utilities sectors, with numerous business units under one umbrella.
The Role
You will be the driving force behind a group-wide transformation project, initially focused on standardising HR processes across 10-15 businesses within the organisation.
To provide project management level oversight and expertise to the Transformational Programme.
The purpose of this job is to successfully deliver strategic Programmes of Business Change and to achieve the stated benefits realisation including any forecast efficiencies and savings.
Working in collaboration and under the general direction of Assistant Director of Transformation & Digital.
My client is currently seeking a Release & Transition Manager to come on board to be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the deployment and transition process into business as usual throughout the service lifecycle.
