We are a privately owned public house 9 miles outside of Brighton situated in the South downs national park.
We are looking to hire an experienced Chef or Sous Chef looking for a step up!
You would have previous experience frying, flipping, seasoning, sauting, creating new and exciting menus and have the ability to supervise the kitchen staff and take responsibility for ensuring that their team follows safety and health procedures.
We have full-time and 0-hour bank contracts available.
The Role
The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, the village has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites.
