We are recruiting in your area for a prestigious 4* AA castle getaway found in an enchanting Welsh folly.
This hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian residence near the North Wales coast, not far from Snowdonia. Set within the grounds of a romantic castle, but with all the amenities of a modern hotel.
The restaurant is a spacious room well-loved for its comfortable atmosphere. It serves full English breakfast and made-to-order dishes from 8am-10am, and buffet dinners with served-to-table specials from 6pm-8pm. Caters up to 410 guests.
We are looking for a new team member to help cover casual shifts, picking and choosing days when you are free to cover a 6 hour shift.
This is a flexible role which means you are able to run this alongside any other commitments you have, it is also an ongoing role which you can dip in and out of when you need to for extra income or you can work up to full time with the flexibility or visiting many sites.
This is an exciting opportunity and would suit a candidate that is looking for variety whilst being passionate about the industry.
The role includes:
- Taking food and drink orders from the guest at their tables
- Clearing and setting tables
- Breakfast shifts - taking tea/coffee/toast to tables
- Dinner shift - Starters, desserts, and specials order taking
- Collecting from Kitchen to take to tables
- Cleaning station areas at end of shift
- Tray carrying
Allergen awareness is desirable. It is important that applicants are efficient workers capable of serving multiple tables in a busy restaurant, in a polite and friendly manner
