Role Overview: We are looking for an activity co-ordinator to work 2 days a week at Community Support Service for adults with learning disabilities in Calne, Wiltshire.

We are looking for a motivated Activities Coordinator to join our Older People Services team.
You will plan and deliver a range of therapeutic and engaging activities tailored to our service users' needs, providing both mental and physical stimulation.
Your responsibilities will include organising indoor activities, outings, and one-to-one sessions, while ensuring all activities align with individual care plans.
Making sure our customers have the best experience in our Innovation Centres is a real team effort and as a member of the Centre management team, you'll be a key part of this.
Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business.
Please note this is a part time position (22.5 hours), Wednesday 11.45 17.15, Thursday 08.15 17:15, Friday 08.15 17.15.
