People Solutions are looking for a Call Centre Agent for our client based in Tamworth.

Day to Day Duties
- Handling incoming calls
- Liaising with customers and clients via telephone and email
- Assisting with general admin tasks
- Data entry
- Filing
- Work from home once the probation period is over

- Must be able to work rotating shifts
