We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Retirement Living Services Team Leader on behalf of a well-established housing association in the Northwest.
This is an ongoing, temporary position contracted at 35 hours per week, with hybrid working.

You will have experience in managing a designated caseload and will be responsible for completing assessments, planning therapeutic sessions, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to service users care plans.
You will be working alongside the Occupational Therapy team in an 8 month secondment role.
