We are currently recruiting for a Head of Catering to work on a permanent basis across an organisation with on-site kitchens based in the Enfield area.
The right candidate will actively promote the company's values, and will have responsibility for planning, preparing and delivering an efficient and quality meal service.
The job is 36 hours per week, expected working days are Monday to Friday day shifts, but some flexibility may be required according to requirements.
As a Cook Supervisor you will contribute to the provision of a professional, customer led and responsive catering service.
The postholder will be involved in, and often lead, a range of duties including food ordering, preparation, service, food storage, administration and associated domestic duties that contributes to a well-run, large-scale catering operation.
You will draw upon your knowledge and experience to ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with current service and operational related standards, regulations and legislation.
Responsibilities include stepping in for absent chefs, ensuring high-quality food production, assisting with special events, maintaining high standards of food preparation and kitchen hygiene, and complying with nutritional guidelines.
The role holders will provide culinary support across multiple school locations, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Food Safety and Health and Safety Standards.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for 4 mobile relief chefs to cover the Barking and Dagenham area.
