MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct quality sampling, analysis & reporting for raw materials, work in progress, finished products and environmental samples.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with McCormick maintenance goals and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidance.
Working with high quality fresh ingredients in a fantastic modern kitchen you be part of a team who are dedicated to providing meals for the whole community (Fellows x 190, students x 1070 and staff x 350) as well as large and small functions and events which include private dinners/lunches, weddings, Feasts and other high profile special events.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with similar experience and a passion for food who wishes to develop their skills in a fast moving, varied and professional environment.
