We are currently recruiting relief chefs to work with hotels, restaurants, event caterers, contract caterers, resorts, visitor attractions and cafes in St. Andrews, Dundee, Perth, Fife and the surrounding areas.
The standards of food can be anything from those expected in multi award winning kitchens with Michelin stars, AA Rosettes, and other accolades as well as more basic menus offering classic pub-grub, traditional Scottish classics and anywhere in-between.
We are looking for competent and committed chefs, ideally with good experience from educational catering.
Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for producing a varied menu catering for up to 240 meals a day.
You will have the opportunity to cook with the best ingredients & using the most up to date equipment in a purpose built kitchen in and around the area of Leiston.
