Duties
Identification of the work required to resolve the problem, deciding the parts and general materials needed ensuring correct parts are used.
You will be required to work to a high standard and delivery excellent customer service, you will need to plan and manage your workload to ensure that jobs are attended and completed within timescales and are completed right first time, reducing the need for any further follow up visits.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret construction drawings and blueprints to determine formwork requirements.
"To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.
Work Hours: 36-hour week, between the core hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday) and 8:00 am and 1:00 pm (Saturday), as directed by management.
