About the Role
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant for day-to-day supply and long-term supply roles in primary school settings.

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with SEN, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
Here at Stonewater, we are looking for a Children, Young People & Families Development Worker to deliver person-centred, age appropriate, strengths-based support to children and young people who are affected by domestic violence and abuse and living in Stonewater domestic abuse refuge accommodation.
20 hours per week
You will manage a caseload of children and young people through their journey with Stonewater's domestic abuse service, ensuring a strengths-based approach that enables them to realise their potential.
The Social Worker will provide a high-quality service in relation to all aspects of the assessment and care management process which meet the needs of vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities.
To take responsibility for all the functions of the post within the boundaries of delegated responsibility.
To perform all the functions of the post in a manner consistent with Learning Disability legislation and with current Social Services policies, standards and procedures as endorsed by the Senior Management Team.
