Perform general caretaking duties including opening/closing buildings, porterage, room set-ups, litter picking, minor repairs, allowing entry to hirers and cleaning tasks.
Conduct minor repairs or maintenance tasks as needed, promptly reporting any major issues to the appropriate authorities.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
The role: The Caretaker will be repsonsible for minor repairs to, door furniture, a little investigative work (why something has stopped working or broken etc which will then be passed back to the helpdesk for an engineer visit)
Starting on: Immediate Start
There will be furniture set ups and set downs in assembly halls and at lunchtimes.
This may include cleaning, litter picking, bin stores and the reporting of issues and improvements, safety and security of our customers, visitors and client properties.
As part of the Estate Services team to provide a high quality and environmental service to communal areas on estates within a specified area.
