What you'll be responsible for
Provide administrative and clerical support to the community clinics and associated health professionals.
Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient, tactful and professional manner, redirecting calls, taking action as appropriate.

As a Social Worker you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future.
