The Residential Care Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with the Care Act 2014 and CQC standards, while fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

The Senior People Consultant will be highly proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement and a driver for change.
They will contribute to the design and ongoing transformation of the HR People Consultancy team and its offer to services.
This will include co-design of the packages of employment relation support to the organisation, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholders.

The starting salary for this full-time, permanent position is £32,512 per annum based on a 36-hour working week.
