The main purpose of this role is to manage rosters for carers which are fair, consistent and realistic for carers and clients.
General
We are a trusted provider for over 600 individuals who receive our services.
We support people with a range of needs across 5 different Boroughs of London, all delivered from our Head Office in North Kensington and our Hounslow branch.
As Care and Support Team Leader, your role will be to provide a responsive, respectful, reliable, and resourceful care and support service to vulnerable older people within an extra care service.
This includes providing support, care, and activities to customers, involving family, carers, and other agencies to meet their changing needs.
You will also be supervising care staff through observation and discussion to competently undertake care and support activities in a dignified and compassionate manner.
