Within this role, you will provide a person centred, statutory social work service for a caseload of patients in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
Have a professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy and have a current registration with the appropriate registration body (Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England or Health and Care Professions Council).
