As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team.
Assistant Store Manager - Livingston Store - Base salary of £24,500 with the potential to earn up to £32,000 with On Target Earnings - Deputising for the store manager, running the shift in their absence, training colleagues and helping our customers choose the right products for a great night's sleep!
You would play a significant role in helping us to achieve our vision, being a key player in moving our business forward, with your natural ability to set an example for the team to engage, inspire and offer advice to our customers to ensure they choose the bed that suits them best!
The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London.
