We are looking to recruit a Children's Registered Manager to join us at one of the brands of Catalyst Care Group - KIWI Children's Services.
As a Children's Registered Manager, you will initially oversee one commissioned package of complex support in the community under Ofsted regulation.
Our approach is rooted in a clinical model of therapeutic community support, led by a team of dedicated clinicians, including Registered Mental Health Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
Provide and deliver a comprehensive care and support service including all elements of personal care and hygiene, while maintaining independence and dignity at all times.
Assist where required in resident's health and well-being including nutrition, medication/creams, mobility, shopping/health appointments and supporting/welcome their visitors.
Ensure the social support of residents - e.g., encouraging/facilitating their interests and meaningful activities.
Duties include (but not exclusive to): personal care; assisting with mobility needs; medications (as appropriate to role); infection control; supporting residents with dementia, and end of life care; changing bed linen, sorting laundry, safe disposal of clinical waste, manage stock levels and equipment such as wheelchairs.
Delivery of day-to-day holistic care for residents and meeting their unique needs.
Working with volunteers, Wellbeing Coordinator and therapy teams to provide and encourage meaningful activities.
Experience in working with Dementia patients and level 3 in care qualification is essential for this role
