We have a super role for a Care Operations Manager to have full insight of the daily operations of the organisation, maximise the number of carers supported in hours delivered, and ensure full compliance is adhered to.
This position will report into and be required to meet with Senior Management and our clients Registered Manager on a regular basis to communicate oversight of operations and ensure they have effective governance to fully evidence compliance and positive outcomes for inspections and inspection process.
This is an ideal role for someone who currently works or aspires to a role in Senior Operations Management.
