Key Responsibilities of a Team Manager
Managing all aspects of running the services including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances and management of medication.
We're looking for a Team Manager to join a dynamic team supporting 16 individuals across two services in the beautiful Devon area!
You'll be working alongside two dedicated team leaders and an experienced Registered Manager, with a fantastic staff team that has been with the service for years.
