The Care Manager will lead an effective and motivated team that provides excellent person-centred care.
The Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and leading the team, providing knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home.
