An established company is seeking a Home Manager for a 40 bedded elderly residential home in a pretty village near Dartford. The character home is in a lovely location with beautiful gardens and surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
The Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and leading the team, providing knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home.
Home Manager Requirements:
- Experience within Elderly care homes
- A track record of good CQC inspection outcomes
- Good knowledge of CQC single framework
- Displayed good longevity in previous roles
