Our client, a global Management Consultancy, is supporting a banking firm by recruiting multiple Remediation Case Handlers / Complaint Handlers for an immediate 3-month project.
You will work a 35-40-hour week, Monday to Friday at a day rate of £122.23 PAYE, accruing holiday pay equivalent to 33 days from day one.
These roles will be fully remote opportunities for a period of 3 months.

One of the key functions is that we enable those we support to make independent decisions and you will be part of that work, helping residents to become involved in domestic responsibilities and as such help them participate in looking after the unit.
Reporting to the senior person on duty, together with others, you will help keep the building in a clean, tidy and where necessary, hygienic state.
