Elevate Projects are looking to appoint an Case Manager to oversee the administration and management of social housing properties.You'd have an overall responsibility of between 550 and 750 tenancies.
As a case manager you'll be ensuring that housing policies and procedures are adhered to.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of housing laws and regulations and the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities.

Manage a Children & Families caseload of various levels of complexity, involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate action, contributing to the effective application of resources to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and their families.
The postholder should be working in line with the Social Care Capability Framework (SCCF).
The post holder must complete the ASYE standard within 2 years of qualifying.

What we want from you
Report and monitor completion of household repairs for residents less able to do so and co-ordinate / deploy a handy person to provide a more accessible and tailored service.
Work as part of a specialist team working with older and vulnerable customers and as such be responsible for identifying ways to develop and continuously improve the service.
Manage complex caseloads and offer expert opinion within the organisation and to others.
Demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher levels of risk, striking a balance between support and control, liaising with a wide range of professionals.
Model good practice setting expectations for others, continuing to develop specialisms and act as champions across the services in their area of expertise.
