Support your Client Services team with all the administration & campaign co-ordination duties associated with keeping their clients delighted.
Booking multiple mailing campaigns onto their Tharstern MIS system, dealing with many daily queries & tasks, keeping Salesforce & Tharstern accurate and any other ad-hoc duties required by your Account Director / team.
Including, but not limited to, quoting Clients (within 2 hours whenever possible) & following up on quotations to seek the order.
Managing the campaigns from the start to finish, you will umbrella the whole project working closely with all disciplines and agency partners.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for a selection of the agencies accounts, of various sizes, handling multiple projects to ensure consistency and quality of delivery.
