Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: Solihull, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a strong, consistent brand identity and message.
- Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling content and engaging with our audience.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and analysis of results.
- Public Relations (PR): Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers to promote our brand and secure press coverage.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing within hospitality, travel & tourism sectors (desirable not essentail)
- Strong understanding of campaign management, brand management, social media, email marketing, and PR.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in marketing or related disciplines.
