Summer Temporary Assignment for Customer Service Agents Start Date 24th June for approximately 8 weeks £13.06 Calling all Call centre, Customer Service Advisors and Students....... We are currently working exclusively with a Manchester City Centre based client who are looking to recruit a team of Customer Service Agents to join their team on a temporary basis over the summer period to cover a busy period of demand. Candidates will be required to be available to start training on 24th June and the requirement will continue to approximately mid August. Duties of the role will include dealing with customer service enquiries both via phone and email and assisting and following up with the customer to ensure a satisfactory resolution. An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Shifts available are as follows: 6am to 2pm 8am to 4pm 9am to 5pm 10am to 6pm 3pm to 11pm The shifts on offer are a variety of weekday and weekends. Core hour shifts will be office based whilst the early morning and late shift will have the flexibility for candidates to work from home.
